Getting Here

Studio St Jean is in the centre of Bayeux and is less than a ten minute walk from the station or a 10 euro taxi ride.  Trains from Paris St Lazare run approximately every 2 hours and take 2hrs 15 minutes.  

It is very easy to get a Eurostar train from London St Pancras to Paris Gare du Nord and then Paris St Lazare to Bayeux.  If booked 3 months in advance it is possible to get a return fair for less than 120 euros per person.  Look at the French rail site at www.oui.sncf.com for the best rates.

The parking which is only 2 minutes from Studio St Jean is paid parking at a rate of 1 euro per hour and free on Sundays and Bank Holidays.  However, there is plenty of free parking only ten minutes on foot from the apartment.

The Ferry port of Caen/Ouistreham is approximaely 50 minutes from Bayeux and Cherbourg is approximately 70 minutes.

We prefer to meet our guests personally and welcome them to the apartment but if your travel arrangements mean that you cannot arrive by 7pm you will still be able to access the apartment buy using our key safe.
