Studio St Jean

Studio St Jean is a cosy apartment for 2 people on the ground floor of a 400 year old building in the historic centre of Bayeux.  It is only a ten minute walk from the train station or a short taxi ride costing approximately 10 euros. 

The studio has one small step down from street level and has a newly laid wooden floor.  The living/sleeping area comprises of:

- King size bed (160 x200)

- Dining table and chairs

- Two seater settee and small coffee table

- Flatscreen Television 

- Free wifi

- Chest of drawers

- Shelves

- Mirror

- Built-in cupboard for hanging clothes

- Bed linen

- Towels

The  kitchen area is equipped with everything you need for a self-catering stay (although with so many wonderful cafés and restaurants on your doorstep there really is no need to bother):

- Grill/microwave/conventional oven

- Ceramic hob and overhead extractor hood

- Fridge with freezer compartment

- Coffee maker

- Kettle

- Toaster

- Coffee filters and tea are provided, along with basic store cupboard provisions such as salt, pepper, olive oil.

- Tea-towels

To the rear of the apartment is a private courtyard which is a real sun trap in the summer and we provide a table and chairs for guests to enjoy the opportunity to eat outside or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening sunshine. The apartment is located right in the centre of town, only minutes from the cathedral, the tapestry, departure points for D-Day tours and is surrounded by a plethora of restaurants, bars and cafés.  The Wednesday morning farmers market is located right outside the front door!
